Elite – The Planner Package

Be awestruck when you walk through the doors of your wedding. We know your life doesn’t stop just because you got engaged. If you’re seeking assistance with every aspect of your unique day, the Elite Planner Package is what you want. We’re here to help you prepare for your day. 

When you select the Planner Package, your personal wedding planner follows your direction and takes care of all the details for you. We take your vision and turn it into reality. It’s a perfect wedding coordination package for the out-of-town bride or the bride with out-of-town family members. With the Planner Package, your wedding day is a guaranteed success.

 

The Planner will:

N

Be involved in the development of the wedding from the beginning to the end. This includes all services from the Director Package as well as the Coordinator Package.

N

Guide the bride in the development of the theme of the event based upon the bride’s inspiration for her day.

N

Create the design and décor proposal based upon the developed theme which will include estimated costs for implementation.

N

Be responsible for all vendor coordination and be available to attend all meetings with the bride which will include but not limited to the stationery company, rental company, florist, caterer, musicians, lighting technician, and bakery.

N

Provide email reminders to keep the bride on schedule.

N

Supervise the complete set-up of the ceremony and reception site(s) on the day of the event.

N

Distribute final payment and/or tip to all vendors and other individuals at the conclusion of their duties.

N

Be available to direct the final removal of presents, favors, decorations, etc. from the reception venue.

N

Return any floral items or cake accessories following the wedding.

Be present the day of the ceremony to oversee the set-up and to assist with last minute details and/or changes.

Aid with hotel accommodations for out of town guests, including help with planning “welcome” baskets.

N

Assist with rehearsal dinner planning including location, décor, etc.

Basic – Coordinator Package

Do you want to plan your special day but want professional help bringing it to life? Then, the Coordinator is perfect for you. Choose and prepare everything yourself, but with an active participant. Then, let our wedding planner assists with the details and execution.

Whether you’re planning a small wedding or a sizable event, The Coordinator is the wedding planning help you need to tie it all together. Let our wedding coordinator assist in the planning and implementing the process, as well as coordinating the events of the day. Take your vision and breathe life into it with this package.

 

The Coordinator will:

Includes all duties listed for the Day of Ceremony – Director Package.

Present a proposal for the event based on the bride’s theme/inspirations. The proposal will include design and décor suggestions as well as estimated costs for implementing those suggestions.

Make recommendations to the bride for the selection of vendors appropriate for her vision of the wedding.

N

Accompany the bride on the initial appointment to the rental company and florist to develop the details for the event.

N

Distribute final payment to the vendors and other individuals when appropriate.

N

Transport wedding items including party gifts and linens to the ceremony and reception.

N
Available for general etiquette questions and wedding advice by email or phone.

Day of Ceremony – Director Package

Plan your dream wedding event and then relax on the big day with The Director Package. This package is the perfect fit if you’ve planned your big day, but need a director for the day of the wedding.

Our day of the wedding coordinator becomes your liaison with all the vendors. We are your personal guide for any questions and issues on the big day. You will meet with our professional wedding planner six weeks before and the day of the ceremony to make sure the day goes exactly as planned.  

The Director’s main objective is to see that you enjoy this wonderful day to the fullest. Classic Beginning is early, prepared, and ready to roll on the day of the event. Relax and be a guest at your own wedding!

 

The Director will:

Provide a wedding checklist to aid in the overall timeline for the many elements of the wedding.

N

Make recommendations for vendors still needed, if any.

N

Develop a “day of” schedule for vendors and distribute to the necessary vendors via email.

N

Direct the rehearsal according to the order of ceremony.

N

Actively direct the family and bridal party for the processional and recessional of the wedding ceremony.

N

Be present at the reception to direct the events of the evening according to the reception agenda. This includes the announcement of the couple, special dances, cutting of the wedding cake and send-off.

N

Conduct an initial meeting to provide a wedding information checklist, discuss the order of ceremony, and to obtain information to begin the development of the vendor timeline.

N

Conduct a follow-up meeting to confirm all vendors, ceremony details and timelines for the reception.

N

Return any floral items or cake accessories following the wedding.
